GELATO ROMA - SUPPORTING LOCAL Gold medal winner at the 2024 NZ Ice Cream and Gelato Awards. We use real fruit, juices or homemade fruit purees to make our sorbets. For our raspberry and boysenberry sorbets we use Tasman region grown produce. Fruit makes up around 45% of the sorbet’s content.
