Description
Our take on the classic lemon ginger tea: lemongrass and orange peels form the citrus base with layers of just ginger finished with cinnamon and cloves too for that gentle warming spice. The other herbs used in this blend continue to add complexity and aroma to this drink, with rosemary, lemon myrtle and blackberry leaves. The result is a warm, aromatic, smooth and satisfyingly full-bodied drink with a slight sweetness and lingering aftertaste. Because this is a herbal infusion, over brewing this tea will not bring out astringency or puckery taste; instead, you will get an intensifying of flavours and can experiment to your taste.
